Manyatta does due diligence on the title of the plot to ensure there are no liens on the plot.

Establish your rationale for undertaking the project; possible reasons:

1) Rental Property.

2) A home for your family or next of kin.

3) Your “Dream Home” when you move back / retire.

Based on your needs and Budget we assemble a team of professionals on your behalf.

The architect presents to you the drawings for your approval.

As soon as you approve them, we proceed to get the neccesary approvals from the Central and Local Authorities.

Manyatta recommends a mortgage lender in the market.

Construction begins

Detailed Progress reports emailed to you on a monthly basis.

Manyatta issues certificates of completion which form the basis of progress payments made to the Contractor through the bank that financed the construction.
